This Privacy Policy explains how the Warden Discord bot and web app (“the Service”), operated by skywin, handle personal data.
Controller
Operator / contact: Discord user skywin. Support server: discord.gg/szCUQsVjJ.
Data we store
- Discord user ID and display name (OAuth scope
identify) -
Discord servers you share with the bot (OAuth scope
guilds), used only for the server picker - Per-server DM notification preference and consent timestamp
- Per-server creature completion checklist
- Session cookie (signed, HttpOnly) to keep you logged in to the web app
- Bot operational data in Discord servers where it is installed (e.g. announce channel / role config, announcements, RSVP participation, announcer leaderboard counts)
We do not sell personal data. Completions are used only to filter DM alerts and show your checklist for that Discord server.
Legal basis (GDPR)
- Contract / legitimate interest: providing bot features and the checklist after you sign in or use the bot in a server
- Consent: Discord DM notifications (required before enabling DMs in the web app)
Your rights
- Access / export: use Export my data in the web app
- Erasure: use Delete my account (removes profile, consent, and completions). Server-side announcement history may remain until the server admin / operator removes it
- Withdraw DM consent: turn off DM alerts anytime (per server)
Retention
Web account data is kept until you delete your account or the operator deletes the database. Bot announcement data is retained for the operation of the Service in each Discord server.
Transfers / processors
Authentication goes through Discord. Hosting is on the operator’s VPS (API / database / bot). The static site may be served from the same host.
Children
The Service is intended for users who are allowed to use Discord. Do not use the Service if you are not permitted under Discord’s terms.
