1. Service
Warden (“the Service”) is a Discord bot and optional web app that helps Discord communities announce Tibia creature / warden finds, track RSVPs, leaderboards, and optional personal completion checklists / DM alerts. The Service is operated by skywin.
2. Acceptance
By inviting the bot to a Discord server, using its slash commands, or signing into the web app, you agree to these Terms and to Discord’s own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
3. Eligibility
You must comply with Discord’s age and account requirements. Server administrators are responsible for how the bot is configured and used in their server.
4. Accounts and access
Web-app login uses Discord OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your Discord account. Do not attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service beyond normal use.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the bot to spam, harass, or break Discord or Tibia rules
- Do not attempt unauthorized access to other users’ data
- Do not overload the Service with automated requests
6. Availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” Features may change, break, or be discontinued without notice. There is no guarantee of uptime or that announcements / DMs will always be delivered.
7. Third-party services
The Service depends on Discord, and may use public data sources such as TibiaData / TibiaWiki-related image redirects. Those services have their own terms; we are not responsible for their content or availability.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including missed creature finds, failed notifications, or Discord / network outages.
9. Termination
You may remove the bot from a server or delete your web account at any time. The operator may suspend or stop the Service for abuse, maintenance, or other operational reasons.
